From the beginning, everything was a breeze! Raquel in the office was incredibly helpful and accommodating. On moving day, Steven and Alex were friendly, professional, and efficient. They handled our belongings with care, as if they were their own, and made the entire process so easy.
They didn’t milk the clock at all and were genuinely grateful for the little bit of help we wanted to provide along the way. We really appreciated how hardworking and personable they both were.

Alex and Jerry were truly life savers for my summer move! They moved me out of my studio and into my one bed in about 2.5 hours (including drive time). They wrapped all of my furniture and my TV for safe keeping. The best part was upon arrival at the new place, they asked where I wanted each box, rolled out my rugs for me, and even hung my garment bags in the closet. This move would have taken me days by myself. 10/10 recommend, and will definitely be using them for my next move.

Steven and Isaiah were the best help I could have imagined. Professional, kind, and efficient. I appreciated AZ Reliable Movers’ 15 minute tracking increments to apply cost. When I was comparing quotes, other moving companies required advanced booking of a specific amount of time but AZ Reliable Movers doesn’t charge for unused time (outside of their 2 hour minimum). Even though I went a little bit over my estimated quote, I’m confident Steven and Isaiah made every minute count.
It took about 5 hours in July’s 110 heat to move my 2 bedroom apartment in North Phoenix into a 2 floor townhome downtown. I packed most of my belongings into boxes ahead of time but left the task of protecting the furniture to them. I’m so happy that I hired movers this time around and definitively recommend AZ Reliable Movers.

Had a move this morning in the hot Arizona summer, and despite it taking five hours (and up to the third floor with no elevator!) my movers were amicable, efficient, and just all-around great! Thank you Steven and Manny- you were both amazing!
Every bit of the price was fully explained (and from the quoted we got, the cheapest among most of the local movers, plus including wrapping and blankets for furniture), with no unexpected fees or anything, and Steven and Manny were very careful and conscientious with our furniture and boxes- all around we were VERY pleased and would absolutely turn to Arizona Reliable Movers again in the future for a move (though we hope not to need to anytime soon)!

Steven and Manny went above and beyond to make my move feel nothing like it did last time. Let’s just say, the last move was a process that took multiple days and was taken on by just myself and one other person. As prepared as I felt I was, it was pretty chaotic.
For this move, I wasn’t prepared at all, but they didn’t seem affected by it! The move went by fast, I watched them take good care of my things, and they made a point to check in with me and make sure I wasn’t feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
I highly suggest working with ARM, and also suggest requesting this team of two. I’m never going back to solo-attempting a move.

I downsized from a 4 bed 2 bath home to a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and Arizona Reliable Movers did an amazing job! The took down and reassembled my furniture, even my daughter’s Loft bed that is a beast! It was a two man crew and everything was handled with care, organized, and FAST! I’ve used AZ Reliable Movers twice in the last year, once for my daughter and more recently for myself, and both experiences were outstanding! Manny, Luis, and Steve were professional, hardworking, and incredibly fast. They handled our belongings carefully and were quick to help with whatever else we needed, including packing, taking down curtains, and even setting up the TV at our new house.
Most importantly, both moves were completed at or under the original quote, which is rare! I called around beforehand, and while one company offered a lower hourly rate, it included fewer movers, so it would’ve taken longer and cost more in the end.
I can’t recommend this team enough. And don’t forget to tip your movers because they absolutely earn it!

AZ Reliable Movers was great and reliable from start to finish. If I move again, I will definitely call them back. Scheduling was easy, and they were flexible when I had to keep rescheduling due to my apartment changing my move-in date. Even when the movers arrived in the morning, my apartment complex suddenly told me I couldn’t move in until the afternoon. The movers Steven and Manny G were very understanding and polite about the whole situation and came back in the afternoon without charging extra.

Thorough communication with office from first phone call up to the minute truck arrived at the house. All that was important but the most important part was the actual move. Steven and Manny worked hard, swiftly, carefully and were very efficient. They really know what they are doing. Such nice guys! Polite, considerate and very helpful. It’s June and no one wants to be out in this heat but it didn’t slow them down. Selecting a moving company isn’t easy; there are so many out there to choose from. Jaime and Chuck were amazing! I just relocated to AZ from Colorado and got the keys to my new home on November 4th. I had all my belongings in a 10x10 storage and it was Full. They moved me out of my storage in 45 min then unloaded the truck to my home in about 30! Amazing ! There was a three hour minimum which I was happy to pay considering the hard amazing work they both did. They were gentleman and very considerate of my pockets and my time which is a win win. I recently setup a move. After looking at some of the reviews I decided to cancel my appointment. The manager reached out to me and was happy to cancel the appointment, but also did a great job of easing my concerns so I decided to take the chance with them. I’m glad I did. I had Chuck and Nick. These guys are hyper efficient and made our moving process so painless. I tipped them a $100 each and gave them lunch because I was blown away with the great job they did. Not a thing got broken and they treated our belongings with great care. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, a lot of them were from the old management and the issues are no longer a problem. It was also pretty affordable considering the heavy labor involved. Will use them again if I ever move.

We had some of our things in a storage unit and they met us there, then to the house we were temporarily staying to load more, then finally to our new house. BLUF: I would hire this company again.
This move was for my mother who was moving from her house of 30 years into an active retirement community across town. Prior to committing to a reservation, Raquel answered all my questions, provided an estimate, and followed up in a timely fashion through emails and text messages, which is how I requested her to communicate with me. Once I committed to the move the reservation process was smooth and painless.
Jaime, Kevin, and Kory balanced hard work with cautious packaging. They performed well together with Jaime teaching and coaching his team as they wrapped and moved furniture – good to see. For those reading this review who have a conservative leaning, don’t be fooled by the tattoos. The crew’s professionalism and communication won me over throughout the day, and their humor and teamwork lowered my mother’s stress level who was struggling due to the nature of her move.
I would give five of 5 stars, however the administrative staff who received my reservation mistakenly informed the moving crew that this was a partial-service move when I requested a full-service move. When the moving crew arrived there were only two of them (Jaime and Kevin). Therefore, we were already looking at a longer day than originally planned. This was exacerbated by the crew arriving late due to moving truck maintenance issues, having to rent a moving truck, and needing to transfer packing material from one truck to another. Jaime called me as soon as he discovered the moving truck had maintenance issues which was a testament to his strong communication. Additionally, Jaime’s general manager, Steven Kimber, drove to my house, politely explained the situation, and added a crew member (Kory) in the afternoon to speed up the move.
Once the move and unpacking was complete (10pm), Mr. Kimber reduced the overall cost to compensate for the longer than expected day of the move. This was significant given the company charges by the hour. His efforts made things right in my eyes. Well done!

Moving is always stressful but on top of the usual stress, my family and I learned that the place we were moving into caught fire the night before we were set to move in. Arizona Reliable Movers was so kind and generous as we had to completely change our plans at the last minute. I never could’ve gotten through the weekend without their help, and they’ll be the first people we call once we can move into our house. I can’t speak highly enough about them.

I was very satisfied with the care they gave our boxes, especially since many had been severely damaged by the moving company we’d previously hired to put them in storage in the first place. This company is absolutely amazing! I initially scheduled my move at 4:00pm but found out at the last minute that I had to be out of my house around noon instead. They saved the day and were able to accommodate my new time line. Brandon and Corey showed up on time and got straight to work. After loading up the house and driving to my new house they called in some reinforcements, free of charge. Steven and Gary showed up to unload the truck in record time. Once they left we found out we accidentally left a large item at our previous house. Gary and Steven to the rescue once again! They came all the way from Mesa to pick it up and deliver at our new house, free of charge! The price ended up being exactly as quoted and I can’t say enough great things about the work they did. Highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable movers!

This was my first time using a moving company and wish had used them sooner it was the best experience. I have always been stressed when moving because I live alone and moving usually take the entire day. This company movers came on time moved everything in a very timely manner and they even made sure my boxes were secure my apartment was cleared in literally 30min, and everything unloaded in my new place in 20min. If I have to move again or if I know anyone that needs help moving I will definitely be using this company again and I highly recommend it to any one who hates moving. Joseph and Rob just left my move and I can not rave enough. They were on time and called a half hour before hand to let me know exactly where they were. The move took a little longer than expected but that’s because I vastly underestimated how much stuff I have. The entire time they were DRENCHED in sweat from working so hard and never skipped a beat. All of my furniture was cared for and moved where I needed. Both men were also extremely respectful as well and really seemed to care about my move as much as I did. Most of these bad reviews have to be based off one guy who is no longer at the company because the guys today were AMAZING and I am hard to impress! I highly recommend this company and especially Joe and Rob! Fantastic job guys!! Thank you so so much!!!

John, Carl, and Kaelyn helped me out today and they did a fantastic job. While there was a slight delay in the start time, they communicated with me before hand and let me know where they were at. Once they arrived it they absolutely crushed moving all my belongings (an overstuffed 2 bedroom apartment - FULL- of furniture, seriously, I moved it all in and it SUCKED) into the new place. It wasn’t the easiest of places, tight walls, stairs, low ceilings at times and they got it done. The price was fair, really a great deal comparing to some of the other guys I had quote me out. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Arizona Reliable Movers will be the only company I work with in the future. I had 3 movers work on moving my home; Ronny, Jerry and Travis. All were pleasant when they arrived at my home in Surprise and after a warm greeting Ronny asked for a walk through of the entire home. Jerry seemed to be the puzzle master with making sure truck was loaded efficiently and Travis just didn’t stop moving; picking up whatever was in front of him. They arrived on time and my property arrived at my new home in Chandler in great condition. If your looking for a reliable and responsible moving company this is the one!!!

I purchased a very large 4 piece curio cabinet with glass doors from an individual. Arizona Reliable Movers took great care in loading and unloading and placing in the exact room of our house. I appreciated the flat rate price instead of charging me a minimum 2 hours. Would definitely use them again. Thank you.
JD and Deo arrived on-time, and also called me ahead so I could meet them at the pick-up location for the furniture. They both professionally greeted me and explained the policies of the move. We moved items (large and heavy) to and from three separate locations, so there was some travel coordination, which they easily handled. The truck was stuck in some traffic and they proactively made a small adjustment to my time, which I didn’t even ask for, but was very considerate.
The pieces were heavy and the two-level staircase made navigating more difficult. The job was the last of their day and they were still very cheerful and positive. I work with people in a cushy-office environment and they are rather grumpy. These gentleman were sweating and moving furniture and had better attitudes then anyone I work with and in fact, better than most people you meet everyday.
This is the 2nd time I’ve used the company and both times the scheduling and service were outstanding.
I will be moving some more items and certainly will be using the company again. I will also recommend them to others.

At my other location I moved on the 2nd floor that involves stairs they where all go they never stopped it was 115 degrees that day I was very impressed I would recommend this moving company to anyone they are affordable not to expensive I would give them 10 stars if I was able to

Highly recommend the 3 man crew of Zach, Mikey, and Steven for any job big or small. Very efficient, professional, and overall pleasant to work with. Appreciated very much the updated etas. All day each job they went to I guess was bigger than expected so they were late getting to me, but definitely made up for it. Even brought an extra guy at no charge and I’m sure I was one of those that underestimated how much stuff I had to move. They very easily could have rescheduled my move but Nope! 730-1015 at night..they kicked butt and got it done. Nothing was damaged ! I cannot thank you guys enough.
